This project was created as part of the Google UX Design Certificate.
I served as the sole UX designer, overseeing the entire design thinking process from initial research to the final high-fidelity prototype.

Adventure travellers struggle to find reliable, firsthand travel tips and destination guides tailored to their interests. Existing travel resources can be overwhelming and travellers need a trusted space where they can discover expert advice, avoid common travel mistakes, and get inspiration for their next adventure.
Beyond Maps will provide curated, experience-based travel tips and adventure guides, helping travellers plan more efficiently, discover hidden gems, and travel smarter. By offering destination breakdowns, and expert recommendations, the blog will serve as a go-to resource for those seeking unique travel experiences. It will simplify the travel planning process, reduce uncertainty, and empower users with actionable insights to enhance their adventures.
5 people ranging from 21-38, were interviewed. The intimate interview revealed varying perspectives of how they plan their travels
"I get overwhelmed with all the options online. Everyone has different opinions, and it’s hard to know what’s actually worth my time."
"I prefer firsthand advice from people who’ve actually been there, not just polished, promotional content."
"Sometimes I just want a quick, trustworthy itinerary without spending hours researching."
